Placing Your First Order Placing an order with Books4CaseManager.com is easy. All orders must be placed online, however, if you have any questions, please call: 1-866-850-5999. How Can I Pay for My Order? The most convenient method of payment is with a credit card, however if you would like to pay by check, just call us and we will take your order over the phone. We will calculate the total amount due. Please send payment to PO Box 61373, Denver, CO 80206. Upon receipt of your payment, the books will ibe shipped to you immediately. Finding Items. First you will need to browse or search for the items you would like to order. To search by title, keyword, topic or category select the SEARCH option at the top of the page. The books are displayed by CATEGORY and SUB CATEGORY
Each book has a short description and a detailed description. To view the detailed description, click on Details. When you find an item that interests you, click image or Details link to see the product detail page. The Details page often includes a detailed description and the Table of Contents. Adding Items to Your Shopping Cart If you want to order an item, click the "Add to Cart" button on the item's product detail page. Once you've added an item to your Shopping Cart, use the cart's top navigation bar or the "Continue Shopping" button to keep searching or browsing until your cart contains all of the items you want to order. You can access the contents of your Shopping Cart at any time by clicking CHECKOUT at the top of every page of our Web site. Proceed to Checkout Take a moment to review all of the items you've placed in your Shopping Cart. Verify the TITLES, UNIT PRICE, QUANTITY ORDERED AND TOTALS. If you decide to make any changes, DON'T FORGET to select: UPDATE TOTALS. Customer Details and Remember Me After reviewing and/or correcting your order, proceed to Customer Details. Payment Methods We Accept Books4CaseManagers.com currently accepts Visa and MasterCard. Undeliverable Packages Occasionally packages are returned to us as undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, we issue a full refund (including shipping charges). We are unable to re-ship orders that are returned to us as undeliverable. If you would still like to purchase items that were undeliverable, you are welcome to place a new order on our Web site. If you suspect your order cannot be delivered as addressed and you have not received confirmation of its return or refund after 4 weeks from the estimated delivery date, please contact us at 1-866-850-5999. Why Was My Package Undeliverable? Our carriers may deem a package undeliverable for one of the following reasons: Incorrect Address. If the address is incorrect or outdated, the package is typically returned to us by the carrier or the unintended recipient. Please double-check your address carefully when placing a new order. If an APO or FPO address is entered as an international address, the package will not reach its destination. Click here for more information on entering an APO or FPO address on the order form. Address Format. If a post office box address was entered in a format our system does not recognize, the package may be shipped through a carrier that cannot deliver to a post office box. To ensure that such packages are routed through the proper carriers, please enter the box number as "PO BOX" followed by the number.. In rare cases, it is also possible that the address label became illegible during the shipping and handling process. Failed Delivery Attempts. Most of our carriers make three attempts to deliver a package. Packages that contain more than $400 of merchandise will always require a signature; otherwise, it is generally up to the driver's discretion to determine whether a signature is required. If the driver feels it is best to obtain a signature and no one is present to accept the delivery after three attempts, the package will be returned to us. Refused by Recipient. If a gift recipient is not expecting a gift, they may refuse the package if they believe it was sent to them in error. If you still want to send these items, you may want to let the recipient know that a surprise is on the way. Tapes and CDs are NOT returnable. Within 30 days of delivery, you may return any BOOK that is still in its original condition for a full refund. We cannot accept returns after 30 days.
